Job Description: Fuel50 is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, displaying independence and dedication in their work. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Create innovative solutions to enhance the live chat experience for customers- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat support role- Independent and dedicated work ethic- Strong analytic and creative skills- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings Benefits:- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Remote work flexibility- Company equipment provided Working Environment:At Fuel50, you will thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.
