Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Celgene in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to think critically and manage people effectively. Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to incoming live chat messages from customers in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient live chat experience for customers- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively- Proficiency in typing and data entry- Ability to think critically and problem solve under pressure- Experience with people management and conflict resolution- Driven and hardworking attitude with a passion for providing top-tier customer service Personality Traits:- Driven- Hardworking Soft Skills:- Critical thinking- People management Benefits:- Free food- Free accommodation- Dental insurance Working Environment:At Celgene, we value giving back to the community through corporate social responsibility initiatives.
