Job Description: GeoOp is seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers through chat platforms. This role requires a high level of energy and independence, as well as excellent emotional intelligence and research skills. Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in real-time chat conversations to provide support and assistance.2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.3. Conduct research to find solutions to complex customer problems.4. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.7. Follow company policies and procedures for chat support. Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Energetic and independent personality traits.3. Strong emotional intelligence skills.4. Excellent research skills.5. Proficient in using chat platforms and customer support tools.6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.8. Proficiency in written communication.9.
