Job Description: Sonic Automotive is seeking a confident and reliable Live Chat Officer to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our online chat platform, providing them with information about our products and services, answering any questions they may have, and ultimately guiding them through the sales process. Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through the live chat platform in a professional and friendly manner.2. Provide information about products and services, and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.3. Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate information.4. Guide customers through the sales process and assist them with any issues or concerns that may arise.5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all chats.6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.8. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management. Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.2. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers.3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.4. Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage customers in a virtual environment.5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer management systems.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
