Job Description:

Qualcomm is looking for a passionate and resourceful Live Chat Officer to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with customers. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Use emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in responses- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers- Monitor chat conversations for trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Qualcomm brand with excellence

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexible schedule to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
