Job Description:
PulteGroup, a leading home construction company, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Wellington, NZ, with the opportunity for mid-to-senior level professionals with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries. Your responsibilities will include handling customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information about our products and services, resolving customer issues and complaints, collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes, and monitoring and analyzing chat performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred- Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or similar roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure- Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
