Job Description: State Farm Insurance Cos. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Dunedin, Otago, NZ and is suited for individuals at the Mid-to-Senior Level with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all aspects of the live chat operations, including monitoring chat sessions, ensuring quality customer service, and resolving any escalated issues.- Develop and implement strategic plans for the live chat department to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.- Train and mentor live chat agents to improve their performance and enhance their skills.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with company goals.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management. Requirements:- Proven experience in a live chat management role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic.- Persuasion skills to effectively influence others and drive results.
