Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers through live chat. Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via live chat to assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and escalations- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the live chat process and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Independent and resilient personality traits- Strong strategic planning and cooperation skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive working environment Benefits:- Medical coverage- Parental leave- Company equipment Working Environment:At Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, we offer a dynamic workplace that values teamwork, fosters innovation, and encourages shared success.
