The Wormald Life Safety and Rescue Products business is looking to engage a Technical SalesProfessional . This is an ideal opportunity for anyone with proven track record in developing new markets and undertaking technical sales.
This role involves the development of markets and the selling of our emergency and fire products that include the likes of;
Fire-fighting Foam concentrate
Specialised foam fire protection hardware for both “fixed systems“, and manual fire-fighting.
The promotion of other specialised; safety, fire-fighting and emergency clothing and equipment within our range.
Breathing apparatus, escape sets, and associated equipment.
The role includes; market development, preparing quotations, selling and post-sales support to existing and new customers. The role offered does involve travel within New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity to develop or advance your career in the Rescue, Fire and Emergency Services industries.
Applicants should have the following attributes;
A proven record of technical sales and market development including the ability to “cold call” and promote.
Ideally have a background in fire- fighting foam and hardware
Be a self-motivated TEAM player with good customer skills and excellent integrity.
Have excellent time management, attention to detail and clear communication skills will see you accurately deliver high quality work and develop long lasting client relationships.
You will have relevant working rights to be employed in New Zealand, a stable work history and the ability to provide positive work related references.
