This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it…Te whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityThe Licensed Immigration Advisor role sits within our recently established Health Immigration Service and supports our regional district Recruiters, Hiring Managers and migrant healthcare workers with comprehensive advice on immigration and visa processes for New Zealand. This enables Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora to increase our health workforce capacity and ensures our migrant healthcare workers are supported throughout the immigration cycle.The Licensed Immigration Advisor role oversees monitoring and assurance functions relating to immigration processes and requirements, including by providing training, guidance and support to our regional District Recruiters and Hiring Managers. This is to ensure Health New Zealand meets our obligations as an Accredited Employer with Immigration New Zealand (INZ) and retains our accreditation status.You will be supported by a team of Coordinators with whom you will work closely and provide leadership and guidance to as required.Be a currently registered, Licensed Immigration Advisor.3 years immigration advisory experience.Experience working within a large organisation.Can work in an ambiguous and continually evolving environment.The ability to prepare, and present, material on a range of immigration topics to diverse audiences either in person or online.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to write and present in a clear, persuasive and impactful way.A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
