With a strong pipeline of current and future work, they are seeking a Surveyors at all levels to join their Christchurch team. The Role Depending on your level of experience your role will include: Construction Surveying. Manage and work together with the team to deliver subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 500 lots. Supervise and mentor the next generation of surveying professional. Stakeholder engagement with colleagues, clients, contractors and council staff. Subdivision and Land Use Consenting. Client and project management. Ensure accurate Cadastral Survey Datasets and other survey deliverables are completed on time. Personal responsibility for your own projects. Stakeholder engagement with colleagues, clients, contractors and council staff Curate subdivision design and civil engineering design. Cadastral survey, topographic survey, land transfer, set outs. Prepare reports/drawings. Site and building survey monitoring. About You You should possess 1+ years' New Zealand surveying experience. Surveying degree or diploma. Competent with Landonline and 12D software. Able to work independently and organise work programmes. Proficient with field work techniques and quality assurance processes for GPS and Total Station. Have an understanding of the RMA, planning processes and other relevant legislation. Ability to work independently. Enthusiasm and great attitude.
