Licensed Cadastral Surveyor

Shanley Surveyors was initially established over 60 years ago and has been one of the leading firms in Hawkes Bay surveying since that time.
Currently under new ownership we are looking for a qualified Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join the existing team to continue the ongoing growth opportunities within the firm and capitalize on the exciting potential of the Hawkes Bay Region.
We have an established long standing client base and have built a strong reputation of loyalty and integrity and we are keen to expand the company further with the help of a strong dynamic person ready to step into a senior role.
Your role will include -
Undertake field and office based survey work including subdivisions, 12d software calculations, E survey drafting, planning applications and council certifications.
Communicate with clients and legal representatives to ensure all projects run smoothly and on time.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Cadastral Surveyor - B Surv Degree
Preferably over 5 years experiences
Knowledge of 12D software
Excellent knowledge of Land on line and E Survey
A great personality and ability to work with clients and work within a team environment
