We have an exciting opportunity for Cash in Transit Security Officers to join our Cash Services team in Nelson. About the role: Ensuring that all Armourguard safety standards and policies are being rigorously adhered to, as a Cash in Transit Security Officer, you will be part of 2-man crew servicing commercial clients, major banks, and ATMs across the Nelson Region. What's in it for you: Market pay rate $25.50 Two shift patterns each month will be discussed at the interview stage Positive work environment On-going and contractual training provided Start Immediately Mandatory Requirements: You must consent to and be able to satisfy pre-employment checks to progress through the recruitment process. As a minimum these will include: Driver Licence Credit Ministry of Justice Criminal History Check Must be eligible to legally work in NZ Your appearance is of high quality Trustworthy & Reliable You can retain the training you've be given You hold a full clean NZ Driver's Licence and a current Green (COA) Certificate of Approval Excellent command of the English language: Clarity and articulation of speech, written and comprehension a must Our Ideal Candidate Driving company vehicle experience preferred Completed a defensive driving course preferable Previous experience meeting tight deadlines Customer centric attitude Can provide excellent service to our clients Have worked within a team collaboratively Security experience preferred Applicants must be 18 years or older and have no criminal convictions which would prevent from obtaining a Certificate of Approval (COA) to work in the security industry under the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act 2010.
