Calling All Land Surveying Stars! When last were you offered a partnership role in your career?   Do you have a passion for property and land development? Are you a technical genius when it comes to surveying equipment and software? Do you love translating complex survey data into clear plans and visuals?   Our client is a leading civil engineering, design, planning and surveying specialist firm. And they need a rockstar Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join our thriving Hamilton team. In this senior role, you will: Lead exciting land development projects, delivering high quality surveying expertise. Help build our world-class survey team through coaching and mentoring. Work closely with our project managers to deliver survey inputs on-time and on-budget. Ensure surveying standards are met and continuously improved. Provide technical guidance to the team on field surveys, data analysis and reporting.  To qualify, you need: 5+ years of post-licensing experience in land/engineering surveying. A relevant tertiary qualification (BSurv preferred). Excellent communication, reporting and mentoring abilities. A passion for collaborating with clients and colleagues.
