We need you to bring your high energy, strong communication skills and passion. We are looking for someone who will set the strategic direction and create a future vision for the teams, the libraries and the district.This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and innovative people leader to manage our highly motivated Library Teams. To be successful in this role, you will need to:Be dynamic in your approachInspire and motivate your teamEngage with our community to meet their needsIf you're excited about leading a team, shaping the future of library services and delivering amazing services everyday, we want to hear from you!This is a permanent role and offers a minimum 40 hours per week. As a leadership role there may be occasional rostered weekend/oncall requirements for this role. The annual salary for this role is $110,207 - 129,656 per annum.
