Lending and Sales Specialist - Upper HuttDo you enjoy working with people to help them with finance options? Stephen Robinson and the MTF Finance Upper Hutt team are hiring a Lending and Sales Specialist.
Instead of looking for somebody who "ticks all the boxes", we're interested in hearing from sales-focused people who are passionate about the Upper Hutt community, and keen to continuously seek out new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong local network and the ability to start conversations with people from all walks of life.
Your skills and experience:Strong sales background and work ethicA clear communicator with strong interpersonal skillsHighly organised and efficient, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detailExperienced in managing a portfolio of customers, with proven ability in building relationshipsHighly motivated to get into the community and source new business leadsFamiliarity with consumer credit with good knowledge of associated legislation (CCCFA & AML/CFT) is advantageous, but not essential as we provide exceptional training and supportJust some of the things you'll be doing:Working with the customer from the first point of contact, understanding the customer's needs, adopting the applicable products, and completing the loan documentsCompleting documentation, ensuring fulfilment of compliance requirementsBuilding customer relationships throughout their loan journey and creating further opportunities within their networksAdvocating for a trusted local brand, contributing to the success of our local community and the MTF Finance networkYou'll also need to have:a genuine enjoyment of working as a team but also highly capable of managing your own workload and working independentlyHigh levels of integrity and privacy, able to maintain strict confidentialityConfident working with numbers, with the ability to easily grasp working with new technology productsGood level of written and verbal English skillsWhat you'll receive in return:Competitive salary packageFull training using dedicated web-based finance management systemsAn awesome network of franchisees and National Office staff who are here to support youThere's a lot to love about MTF Finance:Since 1970, MTF Finance has been a strong, trusted national brand utilising forward-thinking in changing lending markets.
