About the opportunity On offer is a hybrid role as a legal secretary and an office administrator as a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based in Tauranga. The role will commence at the end of May 2024.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain high-level, boutique experience.
The role will entail a mix of duties. As a secretary you would be managing inboxes, diary management, scheduling, drafting and reviewing documents and letters for Solicitors. On the other side as an administrator, you will be processing and distributing emails, data entry, receptionist duties, and ensuring smooth running of the office.
