Legal Secretary

Holland Beckett Law is a progressive, growing and community focused full-service law firm, situated in the sunny Bay of Plenty with offices in Tauranga, Rotorua and Whakatane. We are seeking an exceptional Legal Secretary for our busy Family team based in Tauranga. 
About the Role: This role is a critical part of this busy team. You will work closely with the other legal secretary to directly support two partners as well as provide assistance to seven solicitors at differing stages of their careers.
You will be accountable for: · Supporting a wide range of administrative tasks across the team;
· Working with the other members of the team to reduce the administrative load of the partners and solicitors wherever possible;
· Communicating with clients where appropriate and ensuring they have an incredible customer experience;
· Juggling a number of priorities on any given day.
What you will need: This is a tight knit team that enjoys working together so it is crucial that we get the right person for this role. For you to succeed in this role you will need:
· Proven experience as a PA/Legal Secretary within a busy law firm (Family law experience desirable but not essential);
· A positive and hardworking attitude;
· To be a team player who will build loyalty and relationships within the team;
· Incredible administrative skills and strong competency in technology and internal systems;
· Great attention to detail;
· Great communication skills to work with internal and external people.
