We are seeking an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to join a busy Commercial Property team in the CBD.Providing PA/Admin support to a Partner and small team, including diary management, travel and property documentation.The company is a leading boutique law firm, that have a reputation for work/life balance and believe that their people are an integral part of their business success. The successful candidate will be highly organised, who can confidently multi-task and assist with a variety of administration duties supporting the team. Ideally you will have over 5+ years legal admin experience in Property, having had exposure to a range of property related admin and settlement tasks. Growth and career progression are supported. The current Legal/PA has been promoted to a more senior role in this tight-knit team. Key Responsibilities : Provide effective and efficient personal assistant support to the Partner and wider team including but not limited to diary management, monitoring emails and travel bookings; Prepare billing on a monthly basis; Provide administrative support for the team as required; Undertake searches through various systems such as Landonline, the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) and the New Zealand Companies Office; Assist with setting up family trusts; Prepare trust and company resolutions; Prepare and manage settlements for property disposals and acquisitions, and refinancing About you: A professional, confidential, and discreet manner; Excellent oral and written communication skills; The ability to multi-task, prioritise, think laterally and to be able to work effectively under pressure; Accuracy and attention to detail; The ability to transcribe dictations efficiently and effectively; Experience in diary management; and The ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with others internally and externally.
