WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Facilitate the establishment of launch agreements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and legal clarity.Responsible for drafting documents outlining communication protocols with ground stations globally, involving multiple layers of agreements with distinct terms.Negotiate commercial agreements, offer advice to internal and external clients, and propose contract language changes.Handle non-disclosure agreements originating from various business units, serving as the go-to resource for internal inquiries.Provide expert guidance on legal matters including NDAs, IP agreements, lease renewals, and supplier contracts.Communicate risks to key stakeholders, assist with legal projects, and improve operational processes.Ensure regulatory compliance, support business proposals, and liaise with external parties.Conduct legal research, manage document systems, and maintain confidentiality.
