The client:

The role:
Our client is seeking an experienced legal secretary to join their IP team covering a maternity leave contract. As a part of the IP team, you will be supporting two Partners and one Senior Associate where you can expect your key duties to include:
Typing and collation of various legal documents
Opening and closing files
Preparation of client accounts
File and diary management
Dictation and dictaphone typing
Monthly billings
Other adhoc administration duties
You:
To be successful in this role, you must be proactive and diligent and be able to hit the ground running! You will also have solid organisation skills, have the ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously and be confident when liaising with Partners and other senior staff members. In addition, you will have strong technical skills in regards to the Microsoft Office packages and the ability to prioritise your work effectively.
