Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced Legal Administrator / Secretary to help support their Litigation team. This is a temporary seven-week assignment, so will suit someone in search of a short-term assignment to bridge the gap.
About the role: This role will see you providing a mix of PA and administration support to the Partner and wider team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
File management, including the creation and maintenance of client files and court documents. Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence Supporting the team with end-of-month billing and other administrative tasks General administration support to the litigation team, including scheduling appointments and organising meetings. About you: 2+ years of experience as a legal secretary/administrator/assistant in a law firm, experience within Litigation is advantageous.
