As a result of programme growth and development, WhitireiaNew Zealand is seeking a Lecturer in Management at a senior / experience toteach in our business postgraduate programmes at our Auckland campus located inthe CBD.
The focus of this role is to teach our core research methodsand leadership courses to international students enrolled in the Master ofManagement and Postgraduate Diploma in Management.

Qualificationsand / or experience:
Essential:
PhDin Management or related discipline
Experiencein teaching at postgraduate level (please include evidence of teachingevaluations in your application)
Aclear commitment to student-centred teaching and learning
Abilityto teach business Research Methods courses, preferably with a strong focus onquantitative or mixed-methods research orientation
Abilityto teach courses in Leadership
Experiencein supervising masters level research
Evidenceof a clear sustained program of research in business/management
Desirable
Experienceor an interest in teaching one or more of the following areas would be anadvantage: in Strategic Human Resource Management, Governance, Supply ChainManagement, and/or Sustainability
AnAdult teaching qualification or equivalent
Knowledgeof and experience in Work-Integrated Learning approaches
Experience with learning management systems such as Moodle
