What we need The EMA are seeking a self-driven and talented Learning Experience Manager to join our Learning team. This individual will have the opportunity to develop organisational learning strategies and programmes that enable businesses from around New Zealand to reach their objectives and succeed. With a passion for learning, they will also help to maximise opportunities and quantify market potential for their portfolio, which falls under employment law and human resources (ER/HR). They will also communicate effectively with key stakeholders and conduct research to identify ways in which business performance, productivity and profitability can be increased for our members. What you will do Contribute to the Learning Experience strategy Identify the interests of EMA learners and capability gaps they are seeking to further develop talent in Define individual learning needs and organisational development plans Collaborate in progressing new blended learning programmes, face to face and digital experiences Leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute the Employment Relations and Human Resource learning portfolio Develop and publish delivery schedules for learning portfolio products. Build your profile as a trusted-advisor by supporting Marketing events – user conferences, member briefing, industry and professional networks, webinars etc Build long lasting relationships with our members and write learning proposals to engage in our learning services.
