Key Responsibilities:
Quality Teaching: Deliver top-notch education to students, involving meticulous planning, delivery, and evaluation of class programs.Individualized Progress Monitoring: Design, implement, assess, and report student progress based on Individual Plans, ensuring each child's unique needs are met.Differentiated Teaching Resources: Develop and implement personalized teaching resources to address the specific needs of individual students, fostering a supportive learning environment.Trans-disciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within the trans-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to student development.Inclusion Advocacy: Actively promote the ongoing inclusion of students within the school and wider community.Essential Criteria:
Relevant Qualifications: Hold a relevant degree in education and accreditation with the Victorian Institute of Victoria and a valid first aid certificate.Child-Centric Approach: Demonstrate an active approach to interacting and engaging with children, ensuring a positive and nurturing learning environment.Team Player: Be an effective member of a team with excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and families.Understanding of Learning differences needs: Possess a solid understanding of supporting students on the learning differences needs or a willingness to participate in professional development in this area.If you are ready to make a positive impact in the lives of students and contribute to their growth and development, we invite you to apply!
