Develop performance learning solutions
The role requires an intermediate level Learning Designer/Instructional Designer to work as part of a team responsible for the development of performance learning solutions that supports employees to be effective in their work - designing frameworks for career progression.
This covers the full development lifecycle from identifying the performance challenge to the design, creation and delivery of effective solutions.
Identifying performance challenges that require learning solutions using people centric design thinking.
Design, develop and maintain effective learning solutions
Produce face-to-face, self-paced,digital and discussion based materials.
Produce e-learning materials using Articulate 360 Development Suite.
Familiarity with SAP Success Factors is an advantage but not essential.
To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate your capability to deliver learning across an array of learning channels and contexts using a variety of tools. You will need to be consultative, human-centred and be able to collaborate with subject matter experts across the business.
