In this role you will be responsible for the learning and development within the hotel, including working with outside suppliers for specialist training. We run a variety of programs, many on a regular basis. You will work with the Human Resources team and hotel Heads of Department to put together a learning calendar full of stellar programs.You will be setting the standards and expectations from the outset, so you need to lead by example.
