Corporate consultative experience in programme management, as well as solid negotiation and communication skills are highly desirable.Job Description Join us to be part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing: -counselling (individual, couple and groupwork)clinical consultancy and supervisioncrisis management and interventionsadvocating for student's mental healthResponsibilities Student Care Counseling, Assessment, Crisis and Case ManagementConduct counselling and risk assessment independently and provide the necessary support and intervention.Provide clinical intervention and treatment for specialised group of clients or clients who require more intensive care (e.g. trauma case, victim of abuse/assault).Provide groupwork therapyTraining and Programme ImplementationIdentify training needs of stakeholdersDevelop mental health related programmes and conduct training for the NUS community.Uplift Professional Practice in Mental HealthAssist Head of UCS in the development of a specific programmes, targeted at service gaps and service delivery issuesLead development and implementation of new psychology services, initiatives and technology based on research and sector trendsBuilding Relationship with StakeholdersCollaborate with stakeholders to build strategic relationship for more seamless and effective services to NUS studentsMaintain networking with the specific purpose of psycho-educating stakeholders on centre's process, guidelinesQualifications min.
