Lead Communications Advisor - 8 months Fixed Term/Secondment - Wellington Fixed Term/Secondment (May – Dec 24 to cover parental leave) Location: National Office, Wellington Put your communication skills and experience to work, helping New Zealanders lead better lives. We are inviting an enthusiastic communication professional to join our operational Change Communications team. It's a fast-paced environment offering great variety and satisfying challenges.

What you'll be doing | He aha tau e mahi ana  Supporting New Zealanders into work is a top priority for MSD. In this role, you'll provide top notch strategic communication partnership, advice and leadership across our exciting employment programmes and initiatives. Your work will tie together multiple communications specialities across the team – digital channels, campaigns, direct mail and internal communications. You'll partner with the key internal stakeholders and work closely with project teams, operational teams and your communications colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed | Ko nga mea ka hiahiatia e koe kia angitu Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record in developing and implementing successful communication strategies and plans. You'll have marketing/campaigns planning experience and a strong focus on the needs of your audience. You'll be experienced in delivering quality work to tight deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
