Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for streamlining processes and driving efficiency within the banking sector? Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Lead Business Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in optimizing business operations.Responsibilities:Provide guidance and support of business analysis activity across a project/programme of work. This includes providing direction to business analysts, assigning and tracking delivery of tasks, peer review of business analyst artefacts, and clearing any blockers raised by the BA team / escalating issues as required.Be responsible for completing process mapping activities, consulting on planning and prioritisation of process work; and providing quality assuranceAdopt and adapt Business Analyst methods and toolsEstablish and manage the business analysis approach and work estimates and provide input for the development of the project plan/scheduleProvide advice and validate requirements with the business and project stakeholders and make recommendations as required to meet those requirementsContribute to the continuous improvement of the Business Analyst practice involving people, process and toolsWhat we are looking for:Extensive detailed knowledge of business analysis tasks, particularly business process mapping . BPMN and Signavio experience preferred.Demonstrated experience in working on a number of types and sizes of projects, including large scale programmesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, product owners, subject matter experts, vendors and senior stakeholdersExperience in providing direction and support to a team of Business Analysts within a specific project/program of workCan appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with significant complexity and provide thought leadership to the project or programme.Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.Experience in the financial sector and exposure to Risk and compliance.To find out more contact Kylie Brocket - ******'t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
