Track record of reliability and consistent performance essential.
Applicants must have 1 year experience, qualifications not essential for the right applicant.
The successful applicant will have great training and support from an experienced management team. We will train to advance this persons position at Grill Meats Beer right through into management if they display the leadership skills and desire. This role could also lead to a career at Logan Brown Restaurant or Bellamys by Logan Brown in the Beehive.
Essential skills and attributes required:
>1 year experience in a quality fast casual environment.
>Proven Communication Skills.
>Personal pride in presentation and professionalism.
>Willingness to learn and be upward moving is essential
>Excellent cookery skills
>Naturally enjoys people and contributing to a positive working environment
>Efficient, accurate and a strong appreciation of following systems
>Consistent performer no matter the pressure from guests, team and outside influences.
>Must be available weekends, nights and holidays
