Lands Acquisition Assistant

Auckland City, AucklandCasualThis Employer is looking for a Land Acquisition Assistant for around 5 - 10 hours of work per week on a flexible basis.Tasks and Duties:You will be browsing property listings and finding sections of land appropriate for purchase There will be alot of time spent on trademe and online property listing websitesYou will build relationships with real estate brokers and real estate agents to help facilitate purchasesYou will be putting together dossiers of propertyRequirements:No experience requiredYou just need a good attitude and be keen to learnThere is an hourly rate of $20 an hour plus $200 commission per successful acquisition.The office is in Auckland CBD, public transport is plentiful.You will be coming in to the office to do the work - we are highly flexible about timings - the work can take place just about any time of day between 9am and 7pm . Exact days and times to be confirmed between you and the Employer on contact.Minimum 5 hours work a week - usually an hour a day if this suits you (or you could come in less and do more of the work at once).
