Laboratory Technicians - Permanent Full Time

Gribbles Veterinary Pathology New Zealand is the country's leading provider of veterinary diagnostic services, operating five laboratories nationwide. This fully equipped diagnostic laboratory performs a range of domestic and export testing, on behalf of private Veterinarians research organisations, government agencies, pharmaceutical companies and zoos and the food industry.

Our Dunedin Laboratory which is based at Mosgiel is currently looking for two permanent full time Laboratory Technicians to work in our Chemistry area, and would suit a chemistry major graduate with a BScience, NZCS or Diploma in Science. Experience in trace element and other chemical analytical techniques would be a distinct advantage.

To join our team you will have a tertiary science qualification, proven organisation skills, have an eye for detail, a strong focus on quality and customer service and most importantly be willing to become part of an enthusiastic and fun team. The requirement to handle multiple tasks and have good time management will make this job both challenging and rewarding.

After initial training, you would be expected to work rostered weekends, including public holidays.
