The key responsibilities of the Kitchen Steward are:
Assist Chefs and Kitchen Assistant Team Leader with the basic preparation and production of food products. Receiving of goods into the kitchen. Washing and sanitising of all kitchen equipment. Undertake bulk washing of all cutlery, crockery and glassware. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and pot/dishwashing area. Oversee set up/breakdown of catering events. Removal of rubbish. Implement procedures of the CCC Food Safety Program (FSP).
