Kitchen Designer

Our factory has modern machinery using quality hardware. We thrive on exceeding our customer's expectations and because we manufacture onsite, we have a distinct ability to deliver specific custom kitchen design. Our ideal employee will be extremely confident with their skill level and can demonstrate a special flair to their work. Thinking outside the box is essential, as is a strong desire to provide an excellent customer experience. This new role has been created to take over design work currently being done by the director and will suit someone with experience in kitchen or interior design who is comfortable to share knowledge and guide other designers in team meetings. The right candidate will demonstrate the following attributes: ? A cheerful personality & positive attitude ? Ability to meet Clients in the showroom, their home or office to discuss their needs ? Self motivated with dynamic energy & a can-do attitude ? Works well under pressure ? Excellent communication and organisation skills ? Product knowledge on: Kitchen Hardware especially Blum, all types of Benchtops, along with Melamine, Thermo Formed & Painted surfaces ? Ability to assist our customers in making decisions on their joinery needs & requirements. ? Experience in Kitchen Design software is necessary. ? Attention to detail ?
