This role demands a proactive approach to achieving budgeted sales and selling margin targets, ensuring that our strategic objectives align with customer needs and market demands. Your primary responsibilities will include:Cultivating sales growth and meeting margin budgets specific to the P&I sector.Developing new business within both existing customer bases and new prospects.Maintaining customer retention through strategic relationship management.Leading initiatives to reduce slow-moving stock by leveraging existing and potential customer relationships.Supporting our Customer Profitability Program to optimise customer PBIT.Engaging with strategic supplier partners to foster new business opportunities.ABOUT YOUTo excel in this role, you should bring a robust background in sales with at least five years of experience, preferably in a B2B environment related to Food Processing, Food Manufacturing, or Industrial Packaging. A tertiary qualification enhances your profile, though equivalent professional experience is also highly valued.
