Key Account Manager – Auckland and surrounding regions Fletcher Reinforcing is New Zealand's leading fabricator and supplier of reinforcing steel and associated products to the building and construction industry. About the Role We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Key Account Manager to create, develop and strengthen new and existing account relationships, offering a great blend of sales and account management. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to maximise growth opportunities and achieve sales objectives. You'll be required to develop existing accounts and target business opportunities whilst continuing to identify market trends, create sustainable value-adding opportunities and deliver targeted initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion.
About You You'll be a seasoned sales professional who thrives in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining trust with our existing stakeholders. Your proactive approach will see you maintaining and developing our market position as you build customer relationships to achieve agreed sales volumes and profit margins in support of broader business objectives. To be successful you'll need;
An understanding of the building industry (with knowledge of steel highly advantageous)To be naturally driven to identify new opportunities for business growthProven experience at successfully implementing sales initiativesProven problem-solving skills and negotiation capabilities in achieving sales outcomesIntermediate computer skills coupled with previous experience in analysing data and providing reports when required On Offer In return, we offer a supportive working environment with a great career platform, a competitive package and an impressive employee benefits programme.
