About the Role: Design strategy and set goals for growth in line with set objectives – grow revenue and EBIT for all categories in Foodstuffs and Progressive. Gain ranging and promotional activity to support company growth targets through business reviews and category reviews. Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. Maintain and grow gross margins. Support the field sales team to achieve their targets in National Accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts. Identify and resolve client concerns as and when required. Sales activity reporting as requested by the Manager. About You: 3+ years' experience in a FMCG account management role, ideally within Fresh Foods or Meat products. Tertiary qualified. Excellent communications skills across all levels. An exceptional relationship builder both internally and externally. Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented approach to problem solving. Hands-on with a positive, can-do attitude.
