We currently have an opportunity to join our Bluebird team as aKey Account Executivelooking after ourWoolworths New Zealand account.
This is aPart-Time roleon aFixed-Term Contract, which will see you with us until between the end of October-end of December 2020 (pending the incumbent employee’s project completion).

Reporting to the Business Sales Manager, this role will see you manage the Super Value and Fresh Choice accounts, ensuring that ROI is achieved on key promotions as well as assist with setting the field agenda for our Territory Managers. You will support the WWNZ (Woolworths New Zealand) BSM (Business Sales Manager) with projects and daily requirements to successfully deliver the WWNZ account P&L.

Only people with the legal right to work in New Zealand will be considered.

Key Accountabilities:Develop effective working relationships with key WWNZ Category Team Members (Ranging and Promotion Managers for Salty, Wrapped and Biscuits), as well as assist the WWNZ BSM in the development and presentation of Category Review.Deliver NPD and Big-Bet Activation plans at account level and execute with the Woolworths National Field Team, also supporting the Bluebird Field Team in the Auckland region for key NPD activations and relays.Contribute to the Bluebird Foods National Sales Team by attending National Sales Planning Meetings and Team Building/Training events as specified by the WWNZ BSM.Check volume and deals against Aztec data and WWNZ planners with weekly review of all WWNZ invoices that are due, approving or disputing accordingly. This involves managing the dispute process with the Bluebird Foods Trade Promotions Management team and WWNZ to achieve a resolution.Monthly review of WWNZ Accruals with Trade Promotions Management team, identifying and authorising over-accrued funds to be released in conjunction with WWNZ BSM, Bluebird Foods Trade Promotion Management team and National Sales Manager for New Zealand.Ownership on pricing alignment, credits and promotional communication to retailer and field with monthly analysis and publication of Aztec data in order to analyse the performance and accrual/payment validation.
Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated strength in presenting to, negotiating with and influencing people outside of your direct control.Very strong analytical, prioritisation and time management skills to respond to imminent and changing deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint essential), as well as Aztec or AC Nielsen software.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in and good end-to-end understanding of the FMCG industry, preferably within Field Sales, Supply Chain, Category Management or Key Accounts;A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential.Working at PepsiCo:
