Thelocation of the position is highly flexible, accommodating the ideal candidatewherever they may be based.As the Manager for Educational Delivery, you will offer strongleadership and management to motivate our Kaiako to provide top-notcheducational experiences for students and stakeholders. There will be a specialemphasis on online learning environments, your mission will be to inspire our KaimahiAko (Kaiako, Kaiaromatawai, and contractors) to deliver outstanding onlineeducation experiences for our tauira. Collaborating closely with our Kairuruku(National Programme Manager) is key to ensuring curriculum goals and the uniqueneeds of our online tauira are met.Your responsibilities will extend to the oversight of the Papa Reoonline programme's management and delivery, ensuring excellence in everyaspect. Key duties include the effective monitoring of Kaimahi Ako (teachingstaff) performance in an online setting, tauira engagement, and upholding thehighest standards in academic processes and procedures tailored for onlineeducation.
