Te tunga | The role This is a 6-month fixed term/acting role, reporting directly to the CFO.
You will be flexible and thrive on a variety of work that covers the range of finance functions from process improvement to engagement with government finance processes to developing business cases and supporting budget bids.
You will see everything as an opportunity to improve or enhance the way we work.
You will lead and influence across Stats NZ. You will also develop great relationships with Treasury and our auditors.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager Finance Advisory and the Financial Controller and across Stats NZ to ensure that managers experience extraordinary finance support.
