The purpose of the Kaitiaki role is leading, supporting, and enabling a high performing team of Kaiwhakamarama / Call Centre Advisors who deliver compassionate, accurate and timely support services to the diverse and sometimes vulnerable populations which we serve.
Ensuring quality of care is one of the most important outcomes of this role. You will contribute to this by observing, mentoring, coaching, evaluating, inspiring, and creating an atmosphere that promotes trust, self-motivation, and learning across a small team. The Kaitiaki will complete training requirements with team members, keep management informed of team performance, and escalate any risks, issues, constraints or opportunities for improvement.
TToH is a Ngati Kahungunu mandated, kaupapa Maori values-based health and social services organisation providing services to our community along the East Coast of the North Island, from Mahia to Rimutaka.
