We are seeking a dedicated Kaiawhina Training Coordinator to join our team on a 0.8FTE basis. Ideally based in Greymouth, with travel to Hokitika and Westport, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the growth and developmentof our Kaiawhina across the Home and Community Support Services and Allied Health non registered workforce. Your responsibilities will includecoaching and mentoring, creating a supportive learning environment grounded inadult learning principles, and fostering collaborative relationships across theentire health system.
