We are seeking a dedicated Kaiāwhina Training Coordinator to join our team on a 0.8FTE basis. Ideally based in Greymouth, with travel to Hokitika and Westport, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing the growth and development of our Kaiāwhina across the Home and Community Support Services and Allied Health non registered workforce. Your responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring, creating a supportive learning environment grounded in adult learning principles, and fostering collaborative relationships across the entire health system.
