The team leader supports, encourages and motivates the team of Manaaki Taiao in undertaking their work within the ngahere; with pest management; with monitoring and nurturing the whenua. The aspiration is to be New Zealand's best track and trail asset managers and construction specialists. Ruapehu WorX is also about local jobs for local people and creating pathways into sustainable employment.Key accountabilities and deliverables:Responsibilities of this position are expected to change over time as Ruapehu WorX responds to changing needs. The incumbent will need the flexibility to adapt and develop as the environment evolves.
