About the role Our Cultural Practitioner - Te Whare Hinatore is responsible for implementing the daily programme, ensuring service delivery aligns with the direction, goals, and objectives of Te Whare Hinatore, with a specific focus on the implementation and integration of te ao Maori within all elements of the service. This includes the weekly Wahine dinner as an important extension of Te Whare Hinatore.
Duties Deliver Te Whare Hinatore daily programme alongside other practitioners.Provide support to conducts groups and 1:1 sessions in a safe and professional manner.Supports and/or conducts comprehensive assessments.Collaborate with team in the development of individual treatment and care/safety plans.Supports and / or conducts admission/discharge meetings.Skills Relevant tertiary qualification with demonstrated experience or experience working in the sector, ideally within a residential setting.
