My client is currently seeking a Junior Sales Rep to manage and expand a designated territory. Whether you are just starting your career, have a year or two of experience, or have returned from overseas, our client is eager to train the right person and make them a part of their story.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn the ins and outs of territory sales, willing to go the extra mile for customers, and comfortable working with numbers.

As a key team member, your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory. You will be primarily focused on driving sales growth, acquiring new business, and ensuring that the market sales strategy aligns with the company's overall objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to meet new and existing clients in your territory as you will be expected to travel for two weeks of month.

The position is based in Auckland, specifically on the North Shore.

Your tasks will involve:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives, overseeing the sales pipeline, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders in your territory.
• Collaborating with others to monitor market pricing, optimize gross margins, allocate volumes across markets, and evaluate performance against metrics.
• Prioritizing customer focus by visiting clients at least four times a year, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Managing the entire sales cycle, from creating deals to handling customer payments.
• Selling the existing product portfolio and identifying new growth opportunities.

As for your qualifications, we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual with a competitive spirit. It is important to have a natural curiosity and a desire to understand how things work. Proficiency in analysing market trends and evaluating data, as well as exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, are vital. Above all, a strong willingness to learn is highly valued.
