Junior-Intermediate Software Developer | Part-Time | Christchurch

Seeking a junior software developer to work in a small team enhancing and customising existing software product; Automatic License Plate Recognition (ANPR) for existing and new clients.Personal requirements: A relevant qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar Must be detail oriented and organised Willing to take direction and work in small team as well as independently Reliable and trustworthy Must be comfortable with learning new technologies as required Excellent written and verbal communication Must have a drivers license Must be without any criminal convictions Must be a able to commit to long term work Technical requirements: Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript web applications, HTML/CSS, Linux, SQL and NoSQL databases Passing familiarity with C/C#, and bash scripting Knowledge of source control management systems Familiar with continuous integration for build and automated testing Good knowledge of design patterns and object oriented principles
