A new role will be created for a Senior Broker Support or Junior Insurance Broker. Your responsibilities will be:Collaborate with senior brokers to manage and expand client portfolios in the commercial insurance sector.Assist in analysing client needs, identifying risks, and recommending tailored insurance solutions.Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.Contribute to the growth and development of our client base through proactive outreach and networking.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to enhance service delivery.ABOUT YOUDemonstrated experience in commercial insurance, preferably with a minimum of 2-3 years in the field as a Broker Support or Junior Broker.Hold a Level 5 Financial Services QualificationSelf-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to contribute to a growing business.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Must work with integrity.BENEFITSCompetitive salary.Hybrid work arrangement with two days per week remote.Fuel card included for travel to and from the office as well as client meetings.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Be part of a close-knit team where your contributions are valued and recognized.Play a key role in shaping the future of our company and our culture.
