Come and join our newly created Computer Vision Team as a Junior Computer Vision Engineer. Its an exciting time to join Coretex as we are on a growth journey!
We’re looking for junior Engineers who are energised by our fast growing, innovative environment and looking to kick start their career. As our Junior Computer Vision Engineers, you will be part of a team responsible for developing a state-of-the-art computer vision camera that is deeply integrated with our IoT platform.
Reporting through to an experienced Lead Computer Vision Engineer means that you will be learning from the best! The role will see you developing and integrating software components and influencing hardware component selection. You will be continually challenged to be the ‘best version’ of you and in return you will be joining a collaborative and solutions focused team with endless career opportunities.
We’re looking for someone who:
Very passionate about Computer Vision, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
You have a strong mathematical background, in particular in linear algebra and geometry.
Creative problem solving and ability to build rapid prototypes
You have a degree in computer science or related field and/or specific training and at least 2 years of experience solving applied computer vision problems within a business or industrial context.
Strong programming skills and experience with Python and C++
Experience with machine learning frameworks and analytic tools such as Tensorflow, Torch, PyTorch, Keras etc.
You take ownership of projects from start to finish.
You are a team player.
